Booking information

Please read the information below carefully before you pay your deposit.

1. Deposit policy

   A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.

2. Late policy

   Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged for every additional 10-minute interval. Arrivals 30 minutes late or more may result in appointment cancellation.

3. Cancellation policy

   Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

4. No-show policy

   Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and must pay a new deposit before booking another appointment.

5. Payment policy

   The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, and Cash App.

6. Satisfaction policy

   Your satisfaction is important to me! Please communicate any adjustments you’d like before leaving your appointment so I can ensure you love your makeup.
